Yes, through their lead exports into a Google Sheet that Realty Desk syncs every couple of minutes, or by posting leads to a campaign’s lead webhook link. There is no separate direct connection to the portals.
Can I connect my website’s enquiry form?
Yes. Every campaign in Realty Desk has its own lead webhook link. Point your website form — or any tool that can post — at it, and each enquiry arrives tagged with that campaign.
Does Realty Desk work with WhatsApp?
Not automatically yet. WhatsApp automation — capturing WhatsApp enquiries, sending payment reminders and AI Qualifier replies — is coming next. Today, teams can bring WhatsApp leads in through a Google Sheet, and telecallers share property packs on WhatsApp from their own phone.
Can Realty Desk take call recordings from our telephony provider?
Cloud telephony providers can send call recordings to Realty Desk. Recordings also come in automatically from telecallers’ Android phones, or can be uploaded by hand on the web.
