Ask your business what happened.

Realty Desk reports answer in plain sentences first. The charts and the rows are right underneath, and everything downloads as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

Why plain sentences

A graph isn’t an answer. An answer is.

A builder doesn’t ask for a bar chart. They ask “how many serious buyers do we actually have?” Realty Desk starts with the answer.

A sentenceSample data
September brought the most leads this quarter.47 of them haven’t had a follow-up in 48 hours.1 in every 59 leads booked — the same as August.

Forecasts are rules, and they say so.

Where Realty Desk shows a forecast, it is worked out by fixed rules from your own numbers and carries the label “No AI is used for these numbers”. A forecast is never added to actual revenue. How we keep numbers honest →

FAQ

Questions about reports.

What reports does Realty Desk have?

Lead, campaign, call, follow-up, site visit, collection and demand reports. Each one opens with plain sentences, then shows the detail, and can be downloaded as a PDF or a spreadsheet (CSV).

What is the Control Room?

The Control Room is the owner’s live dashboard: business performance, bookings, collections and the items that need attention today, such as late follow-ups and overdue payments.

Are Realty Desk’s forecasts made by AI?

No. Forecasts are worked out by fixed rules from your own numbers and are labelled as forecasts, with a note that no AI is used for them. A forecast is never shown as money actually received.

Can I ask Realty Desk a question in plain words?

Yes. Ask Realty Desk lets you type a question the way you would ask a manager, and answers it from your own data in Realty Desk.

Your real-estate operation has enough moving parts. They shouldn’t live in different systems.
