Know what you can sell — right now.
Every project, tower and flat with its type, area, price and status — the same live list for every caller and manager.
No more calling the site office to ask whether B-201 is still free.
From what the buyer wants to the flats that fit.
A buyer’s requirement is matched against available units. Held and booked flats drop out on their own. The caller sees the matches in Smart Call, and the next step is a site visit.
Try switching the requirement on the right.
Send the flat while the buyer is still interested.
After the call, the caller picks the flat and Realty Desk puts together the pack: cost sheet, EMI plan, brochure and one PDF link. It goes to the buyer over WhatsApp from the caller’s own phone.

To be plain about it: Realty Desk hands the pack to WhatsApp on the phone; it doesn’t send messages by itself. Automatic WhatsApp sending is coming next.
“Skyline 3BHK Launch” is Skyline Residency.
Leads arrive with whatever project name the ad, sheet or portal used. Project links tie each of those names to the right inventory project, so matching works from day one.
Names that match are linked by themselves. The rest are chosen once on the Setup page.
How does Realty Desk manage real estate inventory?
Each project has its towers and flats, and every flat has a type, area, price and status — available, hold or booked. When a flat is booked, every caller and manager sees it as booked.
Can Realty Desk match a buyer to available flats?
Yes. A buyer’s requirement — such as a 3BHK between ₹80 and ₹90 lakh — is matched against available units. The matches and the buyer’s shortlist show in Smart Call while the caller is on the phone.
Does Realty Desk send the property pack on WhatsApp automatically?
No. The caller prepares the pack — cost sheet, EMI plan, brochure and a PDF link — in the Android app and shares it through WhatsApp on their own phone. Automatic WhatsApp sending is part of WhatsApp automation, which is coming next.
