Follow-ups & tasks

The follow-up system that remembers everything.

Most buyers aren’t lost on the first call. They’re lost on the third follow-up that never happened.

Realty Desk keeps every follow-up dated, owned and full of context, from the first enquiry to the booking.

Nine steps, twenty days.

Never lose context

Every follow-up has eight things attached.

A follow-up isn’t just a date on a calendar. In Realty Desk it carries everything the next person needs to pick up the conversation.

A caller goes on leave

Whoever picks up the lead reads the last conversation and the next action — nothing lives only in one person’s head.

A buyer rings back

On the Android app, caller ID shows the name, project and stage before the call is answered.

A manager checks in

Tasks and follow-ups show their owner and due date, so it’s clear who is on it.

Late follow-ups report

Who is waiting, and for how long?

The late follow-ups report lists every buyer whose follow-up date has passed: what they are waiting for, how late it is, and who owns it.

Download it as a PDF for the morning meeting, or as a CSV spreadsheet to sort and share.

FAQ

Common questions about follow-ups.

Guide: leads without lost follow-ups

How does Realty Desk make sure follow-ups aren’t missed?

Every follow-up has a due date and an owner. Overdue and due-today follow-ups come to the top of the caller’s Smart Call list, and the late follow-ups report shows managers who is waiting and for how long.

What does a telecaller see on a follow-up?

The previous conversation, the last action, the next action, the due date, who is responsible, the project, the campaign and the lead’s stage. Before the call, a short brief sums up what was said last time and what to do now.

Can I download a report of late follow-ups?

Yes. The late follow-ups report lists each buyer who is waiting, what they are waiting for, how late it is and who owns it. It downloads as a PDF or a CSV spreadsheet.

Your real-estate operation has enough moving parts. They shouldn’t live in different systems.
