Real questions, straight answers.
What teams ask about Realty Desk before they switch. Each answer starts with the answer.
What is Realty Desk?
Realty Desk is a real estate operating system and CRM for developers and agencies in India, built by Trade Hamlet. It connects leads, campaigns, calls, follow-ups, site visits, inventory, bookings, demand letters and collections in one system, on the web and on Android.
Who is Realty Desk for?
Realty Desk is for real-estate developers selling their own projects and for agencies selling projects for developers, in India. It suits teams with telecallers, several lead sources and — for developers — payments to collect after the booking.
Is Realty Desk a CRM?
Yes. Realty Desk does what a real estate CRM does — leads, pipeline, follow-ups, tasks — and also covers inventory, site visits, demand letters, collections, channel partners and a customer portal. That is why we call it a real estate operating system.
How much does Realty Desk cost?
There are three plans — Starter, Professional and Enterprise — and they differ by team size and support. Prices aren’t published yet; talk to us for current pricing.
Is WhatsApp supported?
Not as automation yet — WhatsApp automation is coming next. Today, callers send property packs on WhatsApp from the Android app themselves, and teams can bring WhatsApp enquiries in through a Google Sheet that Realty Desk syncs.
Where is our data stored?
In India. Realty Desk runs on Google Cloud and a managed PostgreSQL database, both in the Mumbai region.
Can I connect Facebook leads?
Yes. Meta lead ads (Facebook and Instagram) connect directly. New leads arrive with their campaign, are checked against existing leads by phone number and are assigned to the project’s callers.
Can I import Google Sheets?
Yes. Realty Desk syncs a Google Sheet automatically every couple of minutes, so leads added to the sheet appear in Realty Desk without anyone copying them. You can also import from Excel.
Can I manage portal leads?
Yes. Leads from 99acres and Housing.com come in through their lead exports into a Google Sheet that Realty Desk syncs, or through a campaign’s lead webhook link. Each enquiry is marked new, already known or repeat.
Can Realty Desk record calls?
Yes, using the phone’s own call recorder. The Realty Desk Android app picks recordings up from a connected folder and uploads them automatically to the right lead by phone number. Recordings can also be uploaded by hand on the web.
Does it support Assamese?
Yes. Calls in Assamese are transcribed, and Realty Desk writes a summary, key points, next steps and the buyer’s mood. If a transcription or summary fails, the call says so rather than showing invented text.
Does it support Bengali?
Yes. Call transcription works in Assamese, Bengali, Hindi and English, with the language detected for each call.
Can I track site visits?
Yes. Each visit is scheduled, confirmed, rescheduled, completed, marked no-show or cancelled, with reminders. Visits waiting for an outcome are flagged, and the lead’s stage moves on after the visit.
Can I manage inventory?
Yes. Projects, towers and units carry type, area, price and status (available, hold, booked). Buyer requirements are matched against available units, and callers can send a property pack — cost sheet, EMI plan, brochure — from the phone.
Can I track demand letters?
Yes. Demand letters are kept per buyer and flat — synced from your Google Sheet or entered in Realty Desk — with payment schedules and due dates.
Can I track payments?
Yes. Realty Desk shows amount raised against received, outstanding and overdue amounts, aging, and each buyer’s ledger. Cancelled flats are left out of the totals. Payment reminders are queued; sending them over WhatsApp comes with WhatsApp automation.
Can I reconcile collections?
Yes. Payments received are reconciled against the demands raised, so you can see what each buyer has paid against each demand and what is still due.
Does Realty Desk have an Android app?
Yes. The Android app shows caller ID for known leads, offers one-tap calling, the “Before you call” brief, tasks, lead updates, walk-in leads, follow-up and site-visit updates, property packs, and uploads call recordings automatically.
Is there an iPhone app?
No. Realty Desk works on the web and on Android. There is no iPhone app.
